Michael Meise and Blair Graves spoke about Safe Baby Court last week on the Power Lunch.
Meise and Graves stated that the overall purpose for Safe Baby Court is to establish a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children while in foster care. Although their mission is to help return children to their parents, the ultimate goal is the concern for the children who are in the program.
This helps to give children and parents increased support through constant contact through a voluntary program.
Additionally, after completing this program, there is a celebration for graduates.
In fact, this graduation is open to the public and will be at Tenneco Park at 6:00pm June 24th.
