Isaiah Primm and Jonathan Hughes are scheduled to appear in Dickson County Circuit Court on Tuesday to receive a trial date. Both are charged with the murders of Quentin Tidwell and Marcedez Bell and the attempted murder of Montae Springer in April 2016.
The third defendant in the case, Kurtis Primm, was recently tried and sentenced in a five day trial that ended in a plea deal.
All three defendants were originally charged with six counts in a shoot-out that occurred at the Charlotte Picnic grounds around 11:30 a.m. on April 12, 2016. It’s believed that the shoot-out occurred after an altercation occurred between Isaiah Primm and Quentin Tidwell over a debt of $200. According to previous witnesses, the altercation was only supposed to be physical.
This is a developing story.
