Kacey Musgraves wins BIG at 2019 Grammy Awards

Kacey Musgraves put country music in the spotlight last night at the 2019 Grammy Awards. She was nominated for multiple awards in which she took home four: “Best Country Song,” “Country Solo Performance,” “Country Album,” and the all-genre category, “Album.”

“It was really important for me to bring my version of country music to a different group of people.”

Her last appearance at the Grammy’s was back in 2016 when she was nominated for “Best Country Album” with Pagent Material. She won her first Grammy back in 2014 where she was nominated for “Best New Artist” and “Best Country Song” with “Mama’s Broken Heart” (as a songwriter) and “Merry Go Round.”

This year was unlike any other year… Kacey Musgraves was nominated for a total of four awards and WON every single one! We are so excited for Kacey and listen in to 101.5 The One and WDKN to hear her new single to radio “Rainbow.”
