Joseph and Krystal Daniels trial pushed back to 2020

The murder trial for Joseph and Krystal Daniels was delayed on Friday. Attorneys are still waiting for final DNA evidence tests results.

District Attorney Ray Crouch requested a continuance for the trail, which was scheduled to start in March, and the defense attorneys agreed.

Jury selection is now scheduled to begin February of 2020. A trial date has not been made public, but jury will be chosen from outside Dickson County.

Joseph and Krystal Daniels are charged with murder in the disappearance of their 5 year old son Joe Clyde Daniels.
